It’s Day #14 of your Summer Fit '24 SHRED Challenge! Active recovery pyramid style! This all-bodyweight mobility workout uses a pyramid stack format of 30-second intervals to lengthen, strengthen, and stretch. The first stack is all standing mobility with some gentle cardio, while the second stack takes it down to the mat and finishes with a deep stretch.

This was great for the day I am having. Not operating at 100% but this workout gave my body the movement it needed at a good pace. Highly recommend this workout!

I always love mobility days that are more active and have some light cardio and then end with a stretch. It's perfect! 🤩

My last real workout was the 4th and was so happy with how everything was going that I decided to upgrade my heaviness to 20's then I got home from walking my pups just a short walk and was stretching and my back seized up on me like it keeps doing since late April. It felt great to do this workout today nice and easy 🙏 not doing anything that could possibly change the way I've felt for a couple of days and success. I'll do these once a week and look forward to my follow-up with the spine care dr.

this has so much shoulder mobility which was exactly what i needed-my muscles in my shoulders are so sore from a workout yesterday and this was perfect!! loved this format-thought it went by quickly and felt much better when i finished!

I did it right after the "Upper Body Burner" workout. I took time and enjoyed the good mobility stretch! Now I feel so relaxed ...

I liked it but it almost could have been 40 seconds each as it didn't seem long enough for the time frames. I do love the pyramid stacks though.

Great workout. Would rather have slightly less instructions - in a short 28 minute workout losing five minutes talking is a shame
