Thanks for the ideas. I’m having an awful time with initiating the putting stroke. I tend to see the first move away as 45° inside then it’s an all out effort to get it back on line. lol I like the “tap-tap” idea. Thanks!

I gotten away from the tapping and excess forward press and use more of lift of the putter for shorter putts. Longer putts I press down on the putter and have forward shaft lean

great suggestions. I sometimes push my putts and think the forward press slightly (but enough) opens the clubface. I think i like the tap tap and it releases some pressure.

Good stuff, Nick- thanks ! Question- when putting “cross handed”, does one hand/arm initiate the stroke ?

I feel with cross ham if you’re a right handed golfer, your left hand arm would be the one to initiate the stroke almost almost like the left arm is the main moving part in that putting stroke
