I had a hairline fracture and doc say it is healing but I dare not move my finger and the rest of the fingers are affected and become stiff. Hope to get some advice on types of exercise to do. thank you

How do I set up a daily routine? I did the 8 week challenge and kept repeating it over, but fell out of it. I particularly need help with tennis/golfer elbow and weak wrist. I have swelling in my inner elbows. Merci

When I had hand surgery one of the exercises was twisting a washcloth several times which felt really good when done while doing dishes since your hands are nice and warm.

I started having trigger finger six months ago. Opposition movement of my thumb My Kapandji Score when the position was closed; 9 I use a splint while sleeping and driving. I pay attention to my thumb so that there is no trigger finger while doing work. My finger has not been triggered for a month because I am careful. If I keep exercising My Kapandji Score when the position was closed; WILL IT BE 10? Thanks.....

@@VirtualHandCare I can not bring the tip of my thumb to the bottom of my little finger. My thumb is restricted for this movement. My thumb cannot make this last movement, which is the most difficult. I cannot bend the first joint at the tip of my thumb. I can gently hold it in my fist and bend it with the help of my index finger. It's like it's frozen. Thanks
