Delicious crunchy and yummy source of grains, nuts, probiotics, and fruits!
Homemade Healthy Granola:
3.5 cups rolled oats (350g)
You can try with your favorite mix of nuts and seeds (2 cups total):
½ cup sliced almonds(50g)
½ cup chopped pecans (60g)
⅓ cup chia seeds(60g)
⅓ cup hemp seeds(45g)
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds(45g)
⅔ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (30g)
½ cup coconut oil melted (120mL)
¾ cup maple syrup (180mL)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
24 oz Greek Yogurt
1 Mango
6 strawberries
Berry Basil Macerate Recipe:
½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
3 basil leaves
1 tsp lemon zest
