In this video, I provide recipes for a Roasted Tomato Salsa, Guacamole, and a Roasted Jalapeno/Poblano Cream Sauce. These are the amounts that were used in the recipes that I made here, however they do not have to be exact.
Roasted Tomato Salsa Ingredients-
14 oz Tomatoes
2 1/4 oz Onion
3/4 oz Jalapeno Pepper
5/8 oz Poblano Pepper
1/4 oz or 9 grams Cilantro
Salt to taste
Roasted Jalapeno/Poblano Cream Sauce Ingredients-
6 oz Sour Cream
1/3 oz Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 oz Poblano Pepper
Zest of 1 Lime
1/4 oz or 8 grams Cilantro
Salt to taste
Guacamole Ingredients-
3 Medium Avocados
1 Jalapeno
1 Roma Tomato
1 1/4 oz Onion
1/2 oz or 15 grams Cilantro
Salt to Taste
