Beating the frustration is a key component to success using the Maffetone method for your running.
It can be hard in the first few weeks, or even months, as you try to get used to the slower pace required to keep your heart rate inside the MAF aerobic level.
But in this video I give you a few tips which I hope will help you along on your MAF journey.
