Tuesday: Rest day
Wednesday: Coaching session 7.53km (7.10m/km) HR 104bpm + solo 6.01km (4.57m/km) HR127
Thursday: 11.34km (5.06m/km) HR 122bpm.
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: parkrun @ Calamvale + warmup and cool down 8.05km all up (5.01m/km) HR 126bpm.
Sunday: Great South Run 2km warmup + 5km race (3.54m/km) HR 147bpm.
Weekly total: 48.1km
