Great vid.. personally I need a vid on improving dribbling with the off hand while driving to the paint.. I always do 1 or 2 dribbles off catch or triple threat and be forced to pick up or shoot the ball

Do a video on setting up two footed layup drives like Kyrie is so good at, would be very helpful. For years I have always been finishing one footed but been realizing i never learned things like staggered speed stops and 2 footed lays. YAYYA!

Thank you for the info../ re insuring, after my injury ( Achilles) I have lost my confidence, and my aggression, when I started to heal I got back in to hooping/ putting in work, but all of that has been with no one around, so now that I’m back In a Leauge , it feels so much different.. So I just need to get out of my head.. so thank you and I hope to get out of my head and become comfortable again

Here’s something that can change your way of life or thinking. This is the most important thing you will hear/read today. If you’ve told one lie, stolen anything, or lusted (which is adultery of the heart), you’ll be found guilty on Judgment Day and end up in Hell. But there’s good news: Though we broke God’s Law, Jesus, the prophesied Messiah, perfectly kept the Law, fulfilling all righteousness. He paid the fine for sinners ( that we could never pay ) by suffering and dying on the cross-absorbing the wrath of God that we deserve. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. Today, repent and trust Jesus; God will grant you forgiveness and the gift of eternal life. God bless

the 2nd dribble is what my friend who played at euro league showed me few years ago. he used that with a combination of either slowing down or accelerating, depending on the defender mostly

How I hate this move on the first tip. Like even J-Law while showing it off, travels half of the time jumping after getting the ball. And it's much worse when guys with less experience and agility do this. It's literally catch-jump-shoot. Or does my skills as a youtube referee are failing me and it's not a travel? Rhythm step is one love though. And all other tips are pretty basic but at the same time incredibly useful. Especially with contact you need to be Alpha both physically and mentally when you are on the court. You can be p**sy in your life with all things possible but not on the court :D

What about young kids( 11-12) that they have great knowledge of the basics, very fit but they don t take tries at games, scoring few points and kids with bad knowledge of the basics, with no left hand, no passing the ball, travel 9 times out of 10 they take more tries with extremely low percentage?!

Hey Jlaw, first of all, yayaYA. Second of all, I noticed in the last contact drill that you always began the mix up off the inside foot. Is this the best way to create space or finish through the second bounce? Are there other options off of the outside foot? Love this content, hope to see similar stuff soon!
