We’ll begin centering by connecting to the breath, followed by a warm-up and challenging core work, working up to arm balancing. Then, we'll finish by opening the quads and hip flexors to improve mobility of the lower back, spine, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin. Practice at home, at the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.
