I've been on the struggle bus of figuring out life as a mom/coach/do'er of all the things after going back to work full-time recently. I've missed step and your channel SO much! This video was a great one to come back to! I loved the music and routine! It was SO much fun! Step is like riding a bicycle, you can just pick up where you left off! Just did this one today, it’s been a little over a week since I’ve been working out because I got some lovely thing called vertigo 😕What pure hell that was…. But it’s done now and just starting back slowly so this was a nice one!!👍 trying to do all standing workouts for the next week, which you make that so easy since there are sooooo many to choose from!!!😊all those rest days sucked!!!LOL😂🤣 But knew I needed them. So I've stuck with basic step for a while and have been really nervous to try anything intermediate with my 2 left feet😂 loved this one today! I am a newbie to the step universe. I am really liking it. I am only basic for now. I just challenged myself by stacking this video with another 35 minute. SUPER FUN!! Love the funky 'ol tunes Chris! So I was looking for a 30 minute step. This was in my watch later so as I started, I could see it was more basic than I’m used to-however, I didn’t turn it off I modified! Michael lunges instead of up and lunge. Kick around the world instead of knee around the world. Rocking horse over the bench, I could’ve added risers- If you’re an intermediate to advance stepper, you should know how to change these moves to make it so that your heart rate is up and you get a great workout! Thanks, Chris and Nastia- so fun!

Tried to leave a comment yesterday but it got deleted with the video. Anyways I LOVED, LOVED the music. I was only born in '67, but the 60's and 70's music is the best ever! You should definitely do more of the oldies with different themes such as British invasion, Motown, acid rock, 60's girl groups, etc. Great step and choreography. Loved seeing Nastia too. Love your teaching style! You make learning step so much easier than anyone else. Also, it is easier to pause or rewind on KZitem with remote than on an app, where I have to stop and go to my laptop to reverse to see again, often losing my place (so annoying). It would be fun if you would do a step workout with Motown music! Thank you and Nastia!

Yes there is!! You can look in the playlist that has the BPM you prefer and then look for the intermediate to advanced level in that playlist
