Hello Anna! Huge "thank you" for your dedication :) I have never really liked working out at home before the pandemic... now, when I work out at home with you I am so much stronger! Finally after 4 years of working out I am able to do a few pushups and a few pistol squats! I am so proud of myself and I know you are the reason!

This workout was awesome. Not only was it no equipment, but the burn was FIERCE. Especially the curtsy lunges...ugh, I love to hate that exercise! Working out with Anna is the highlight of my day. Thanks for whipping this booty into shape!

I’m 52 and stopped working out regularly at 33 when I had my first child. I was bored with the gym and unmotivated. I’ve worked out with you since the pandemic and LOVE your workouts. I’ve always been thin but not fit. I am stronger and toned and have so much energy! Thank you!!

I decided to do this workout after I finished her "45 min killer booty and abs" and it was amazing decision. I burned 390 kcal total (230 with the 45 min workout and 160 kcal with this one!) |I could not be more satisfied. Thank you!

I am absolutely in love with your workouts!!! I have tended to just overdo cardio for endless hours during the week, to the point where I don't really enjoy working out anymore. You're amazing! Two years ago I have had such body image issues because I weighed a little too much and couldn't find the motivation to do sports - I seriously got depressed over it. Since I came to faith in Jesus I knew that looking after my body is so important in honoring Christ as my body is the temple of his spirit. (1 Corinthians 6.19) Anna: You have created such amazing exercises that I could finally do sports with and I so enjoy it and see your joy in doing it. In the last two years I have lost 10 kg of fat to then gain about 6 kg of muscles. THANK YOU!
