Im so glad ur here on these hard times....gyms here are closed...here in California. ..24hrs...planet fitness. ...only some outdoors or some private ones....so sucks....but w/ur videos. No excuses

I believe this may be my favorite dumb bell work out that you've done. These are basic exercises for all fitness levels that you can control the intensity by the weight of the dumb bells. I used 15 pounds each. Your channel is much appreciated as many of us in the U.S. are unable to get to the gym as they are closed depending on where you live due to the pandemic. Bravo to you and thank you!!!

Looks like another great Friday workout!!! Looking forward to crushing it!!! Thank you for these awesome workouts and all the 'little form reminders' you give during the workout...sometimes you do an exercise for a long time not realizing your form is off (in my case not tightening the core)!!

Excellent workout. Cannot wait to do it tonight. I normally switch weights between 10, 15 and 20 lb depending on the exercise since some of them are harder or easier.

Hello zeus, thank you for the videos you've been my coach for like 2 months now. I have a curved back and i can only fix that by doing back exercises so maybe if you could do an intense back exercises video i'll be very happy theres alot of people that need intense back exercises aswell so if you can do that thank you so much!!

5 Feb 2022: My first time to do this workout. High Plank Superman Extension and Resisted V-Crunch were the hardest exercises, but managed to finish the workout and repeat some of the exercises for another half-round. (I’m 69.)

That was tough. Hardest so far I think. Had to swap the weights around to keep up, especially the faster paced exercises. Might try part 1-3 on even days through the week and cardio on odd days. Might make a nice little routine for a few weeks
