Thank you! I love the intermediate step and the fast basic step workouts! The choreography in the intermediate to advanced classes are often a little too difficult for me, so these are perfect.

You continue to surprise me with different moves. I was getting messed up with the revolving door so I resorted to 2 basics. Then I went back to the tutorial. This helped me and I redid the segments with revolving door successfully.

I was having such a bad day and was thinking about just skipping the workout today but I saw this 30 minute step and thought, I can do 30 minutes. I cracked a smile by the time the warm up was over and I was dancing by the end. Thank you for getting me up and moving today. I really love your encouragement to others at the end to keep trying and modify. So many feel that it must be perfect but the results come with the doing not with perfection! Keep moving!

Phew this was fast and sweaty 🥵 today .. UK having a heatwave and it was very hot in my garage gym but I loved it thank you. 30 minutes intermediate are my fav as can fit them into the day quite easily .. this one has some great new moves ( to me ! ) thank you Chris ❤️❤️

Hey Chris. My physio just cleared me to try step once this week (issues with deltoid and achilles tendons). Yay! 🥰. She recommended cycling for my cardio. So I have been road cycling like a crazy woman doing between 60-90 km a week! Anyway, it is amazing to me how much ground I lost in step! I was bagged at the end of this 30 minutes yet I have been biking my arse off. No wonder folks like you recommend doing different kinds of cardio for a more rounded program. Our bodies must adapt and get more efficient so we end up with less bang for our buck. This is all to say that I loved this step class and I am so glad to be back to being able to do some step (in moderation). Thank you for all you do for all of us! 🇨🇦💕
