We will not only target every muscle group in the body, but we will also be smashing a muscle group entirely with our tri-sets before moving on to the next muscle group
So we have 3 exercises per muscle group. We also work through those 3 exercises 3 times for 10 reps each before moving onto the next muscle

With the nature of the workout , you will only really need a couple of dumbbells
A lighter sets and maybe a moderate set depending on your level
