If you tried the previous one last week, you will know these level up strength and conditioning workouts are seriously tough. But totally worth it
Today we will be kicking off and smashing 4 heart pumping and muscle working compound dumbbell exercises.
Like the previous workouts we will be doing the same levelling up format

Section 1 - Compound conditioning HIIT
We kick off the workout with 4 compound dumbbell exercises to get the heart racing , sweat flowing and fat burning.
After each lap we 'Level Up' Adding an extra 10 seconds to each
Lap 1 - 20 secs on 10 secs rest
Lap 2 - 30 secs on 10 secs rest
Lap 3 - 40 secs on 15 secs rest
Lap 4 - 50 secs on 15 secs rest
Section 2 - Shoulders & abs focus
In section 2 we then move onto the resistance part of the workout targeting the shoulders & abs with the dumbbells and our bodyweight. Again after each round , Levelling up and upping the time under tension
Lap 1 - 20 secs on 10 secs rest
Lap 2 - 30 secs on 10 secs rest
Lap 3 - 40 secs on 15 secs rest
Lap 4 - 50 secs on 15 secs rest

These are seriously intense workouts and formats that will push you to the max. But go at a pace that suits you
