This is an under 30 Min Cardio Pilates with dumbbells workout. This is a great low impact routine to get the heart rate up, with no jumping involved. This is an interval style workout where we work for 40 sec on, 10-20 sec rest. This is a high rep routine, so choose a light set of dumbbells- this workout focused on endurance/cardio rather than building strength. I encourage you to find a pace that is comfortable for you.. either keep up with me, slow it down if necessary, or move quicker than me if that is what feels good for you.
