OMG so proud of myself for doing 100 burpees! I am dripping and feel amazing. Def took more like 15 secs for the second half, but still proud. Lindsay, I aspire to reach your burpee pace!! And I am so glad to have found NML as I feel like the workouts really push me much more than some others I have tried. Holy Moly! I'm Burpeed out!!! Didn't know I had this much in me🤭🤭, but definitely pushed through and completed it. Each day of this program I'm just surprising myself, getting stronger, and needing to up my weights for sure...from 12 to 15 lbs...I actually started doing your programs back in Nov. with 8 lbs and worked up to 12 lbs.woohoo🙌💪💯 day 4 ✔

I'll be honest. This was one of those workouts I only did because I committed to the program. I dislike burpees so much. But I got through all 100. I loved the function core moves and the mobility! This was an intense workout. I showed up for myself despite my aversion to the dreaded burpee! Thank you for a fantastic workout!

I did this workout with my kids - ages 6 and 3. Watching them follow my lead with their tiny weights made me so proud of the example I'm setting for them. My 6yo did the entire workout and I was stunned that he stuck with it and wants to do more workouts together. Another win from NML!

I was so proud of myself last week for doing 100 burpees in this workout - it was how I started the day on my birthday and instead of feeling "older," I felt stronger! During the workout I kept thinking how the heck Lindsay was getting through her burpees so much faster than I was. Clearly this intrigued me a lot, because I had to go back and rewatch the video because I keep thinking about it! I was doing pushups in the burpees - no wonder I was struggling to keep up! I feel even stronger now! 😂💪💪

My ENTIRE core is feeling it, and yet, I feel strong. My shoulders and arms feel it every time I pick up my son, and overall, this was the most challenging workout yet...and I used to go to Crossfit. This is my 3rd time through this program and I can't believe how much easier things are starting to get. The hardest part of the burpee for me this time was the cardio aspect. My arms and legs handled them just fine! And also the wild thing mobility at the end... wild thing used to hurt my wrists and shoulders but this time it didnt. When I go through the 4th time I'm going to try not to use any modifications. I've been slowly decreasing the amount of modifications I'm using each time and man I'm really seeing a difference!

That was great! Went fast and was fun! (Also Rachel was totally a high-achiever and did way more than 100 towel slams...It took me a minute to figure that out!)

Made it my goal to do as many reps as I could during the 30 second work time. Got in 8 reps each round; way more than I've ever done in a single workout! Next time I repeat Metcon, I'll shoot for 9 reps each time. Loved the dumbbell pick up and twist!
