I’m loving this new program! I have to give a big shoutout to my mom! We have been doing these workouts together. I’m 36 and did all push-ups from my knees, but my 70 YEAR OLD MOM DID ALL 100 PUSH-UPS FROM HER TOES!! Insane! I’m hoping it’s genetic! Thanks for another great workout Lindsey and Rachel!

This was a tough one - definitely hit failure! I started every round of push-ups from my toes: some rounds, I did all of them from my toes, and others, I could only do one, but I always started that way, and made it to 100! Thanks for this awesome new program - great way to begin 2024!

I’ve done this workout a few times now and just decided it’s my favorite moment on NML history when Lindsey completes the last 10 push-ups from her toes! Pure grit & determination! I have to stop to watch it every time and I get goosebumps all over my body. Rachel is so proud, Lindsey is so proud of herself and I feel proud and inspired. It’s just an awesome moment and I’m thankful to have you all & these workouts in my life.

I CANNOT believe I did all the pushups from my toes 😮!! Definitely thought I would only make it through a few sets. Breaking them down into 10 at a time made it attainable. Favorite move was the crossbody curl!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the super duper cool and motivational program! I'm a bit late to this program but did it for 2 days can't believe I did all the 100s of thrusters and pushups. Felt so good and proud of myself after accomplishing the workouts! Thank you so much Lindsey, Rachel and all of Team NML. You all are transforming lives. Really appreciate all your efforts (:

What?! 100 push-ups in a single workout! I did 36 of the 100 from my toes-just a few months ago I could only do 2 from my toes. Woo hoo!!! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel! You guys are the best and so fun and encouraging to watch.

Never have I ever done 100 pushups...Until TODAY. I might've been grunting/screaming/growling but THAT HAPPENED ✅ Thank you Ladies / Team NML for your positive attitude, mindset, and all your encouragement!!
