Writing these out for anyone 10-30s rest after each set Bag from ground x5 Kneel and up right side x5 Kneel and up left side x5 Zercher hold squat x5 Shoulder bag from waist x5-6 Back roll x5 Hold bag and roll left and right x5 Shoulder squat right then left x5 Turkish-ish get up left then right x2-4 Back squat x5 Clean and push press x5 Zercher lunge R&L x5-6 Shoulder throw R&L x5-6 Bearhug squat x5

Nice workout! I've been debating on a 100 lb medicine/slam ball or a 100 lb sand bag. I think I'm going to get the sand bag after seeing this.

Thanks MAGA MAN! I think that would be a better choice to start with. I have both, and the sandbag is definitely more versatile and easier to get to grips with. It's also a hell of a lot less expensive, especially if you diy the sandbag as I did here

I can tell carrying 50kg soybean bags got me even stronger than doing powerlifting, also huge endurance. You are really strong

I do sandbag carries, 40kgs.But i do not do it with this intensity. Will the belly go away if i do this?

Great question. Certainly raising the intensity using intervals in this fashion will burn more calories by raising your metabolic rate for longer after exercise your than steady state training. However to be honest Abs are built in the kitchen. 10% exercise 90% diet is the reality for most people who workout an hour or so 3 times a week. If you want to loose the belly fat change what you eat my friend and continue the exercise alongside for health. 😊👍

LOL, funny you should say that, I got the idea from working at a potato farm back when I was a student. Loading those sacks up and lugging them from the fields to the lorries was back breaking work, but boy did I get stronger that summer!

Years ago, I thought myself quite the athlete. That is, until I went out into the hay fields to bale hay with some country boys. I was humbled as they were flinging bales of hay ten feet into the air to load them onto the wagon. I tried..... to no avail. "Pride cometh before the fall." A man could make a mint if he could convince weight lifters at the gym that farm work is actually more beneficial.... the weight lifters paying the farmer to work on the farm......some gyms around here are getting $160 a month for membership.

Wow that's a lot! However a lot of gyms promote the aesthetic rather than functionality which seems to be massively popular now, so not sure how many takers you'd get. However I'm sure some enterprising entrepreneur out there may give it go at some point :)
