I have been doing Sydney's workouts for 4 years now. During Covid I created a workout space in my garage and I've never looked back. I cancelled my gym membership because why would I drive there when I can workout with Sydney without going anywhere. I am constantly challenged with her countless challenging workouts. They're all so great. She explains what she is doing and how we should be doing the exercise to maximize its benefits better than any instructor at my gym. I am now 66 and going strong thanks to this amazing woman.

Gurllll! When I saw 30 minute upper body, not gonna lie-I thought this was going to be easy. But like.. when are your workout videos ever Easy. Whether it’s 30, 45, 50 and whether it’s cardio, strength, legs, upper-it does NOT matter. I’m always challenged and in a pool of sweat lol. I LOVE this upper body because I felt the burn 🔥 in the muscle groups I was supposed to! I committed to doing this whole series for the month of September with you! I’m going to the beach at the end of September and I trust that I’ll be looking good when I go. I’m an avid gym goer-I use all the machines but I actually prefer working out with you!!! 😍😍😍

I really liked this one! No repeats is a nice change from leg day. I did that yesterday, took my break on Tuesday, and did this fun dirty 30 today. I love how Sydney puts in so much variety. I'll never get bored working out with her!!

Man... after yesterday's MOVE program day 1 live workout I was already feeling the soreness in my chest and triceps...now they are literally out of commission for the rest of the day!! Had to use my 'lighter' weights throughout that whole workout because I was still fatigued in my upper body from yesterday, but I love it! I loved this one. I love the way you give options and that you fail to complete some of the exercises. It makes me feel human and not like Im watching superman doing something I will never be able to. Like, do your best, it's ok, you don't have to feel bad if you can't do it all the way. Do the best you can, keep pushing yourself, if you can't do it it's normal just take a step back, lower the weights, stop more times and keep pushing. It feels great and you know you are improving over time. I hate watching those stupid workout videos where the instructors thinks everyone is like them. I mean if people are watching it's because they want to be better, because they aren't strong, otherwise they wouldn't be on KZitem watching videos? Duh. So thank you so much for being human and being yourself and giving many options and for pushing us. I've watched many KZitem workout channels and this is one of the best.

Crushed it!!! I felt like we had not lifted weights forever. My arms were so heavy. Maybe because its 5 AM and my body just wasn't ready for lifting, but I did it and I feel great. I keeping this one for sure. I like these quick 30 minute upper body weight workouts. Burn baby, BURN!!!!

The best thing to end off a Friday = today's upper body workout. My calves and legs were fatigue from the past 3 days, so hooray to upper body, and ladder format kind of workouts are MY FAVOURITE!!!

I found this workout easy and knew I could go up in weights, but dealing right now with a small surgery on my wrist, so had to go easy. I'll try this one again with slightly higher weights. BTW, the MUSIC is important to me on all these videos as we move along. Whenever possible (and sometimes I don't even realize it until after I'm doing it) I count reps with the rhythm of the music. thanks Sydney. I enjoy your style and the workouts. Good variety.

I’ve been working out with you Sidney for about a year now. All throughout my pregnancy until the day I went in for surgery I’ve done your videos. I am new to your workouts! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE your workouts. I have been doing them daily for 2 weeks and have been telling all my friends about you. My goodness this workout is great. I am having issues typing as my arms are jello! Lol. I also really love your low impact options. After the traumatic birth of my son, I was out of commission for a good 6 months then developed prolapses. So it’s good to be able to feel like I accomplished an amazing workout and get my body back into shape without having the jumping.

LOVE approach to older work outs. I had fallen down a fairly recent wood stairs almost 1 1/2 yrs ago..i needed the strength training like you cant.know.. Frb 2021 will we 2 yra working out w you. Thank you for my returned health , strength, n encouragement.
