After we got Sick Seconds 1.0 back in action yesterday, today was about seeing if we could improve and get closer to what we know the car is capable of. Steve Morris pushed some up buttons and we put down a good run that kept us in the lead of Hot Rod Drag Week.
We're got updates from all our racing friends around here too. Bryant Goldstone had a tough day keeping his Javelin in the groove, while Rocky Mountain Race Week promoter Matt Frost's heroic effort to get another ProCharger for the Hulk paid off initially as he got back on track but sadly we've heard he is out now.
The SMX Dodge Viper put down an awesome run of 6.69 seconds which was very cool. They're definitely going to be a contender in years to come!
I'm having a great time in Sick Seconds. Do you think I should take it to Sick Week?
Make sure to watch us on the Motortrend Hot Rod Drag Week live stream.
