Hey! Do you only train pull ups or you do other exercises as well? If it's the latter then how's your routine structured and most important how do you recover from 100 pull ups a day ?

I do a lot more than just pull-ups. In-between sets, I'm always super setting with another exercise (like push-ups). But my main training focus is cardio. I'm doing an Ironman in August. It's not about recovery, it's about adaptation.
