Nice one Pete, I had to laugh when the pins flew out. These can be a real pain to rebuild. Oh what fun we have🤣🤣🤣

I really enjoy your fabrication videos. Whether it's the wood lock or retro fitting a old lock with a new core. Super interesting. I really enjoy picking picking videos but you have taken it to a whole new level. Keep up with the fabrications. It would be great to see another wood lock...maybe a wood padlock?

Great job! Your idea of grub screws as the actuator is brilliant yet simple... not sure I would have thought of that. Great video keep up the good work

Fantastic! I've got a MTL very similar to this that I got from Apache and I was reluctant to gut it as the lock itself pretty complicated. I'm very glad to have seen this first!

Great work as usual! I got a few of those cores too with the intention of beefing up my Stanley. I ran into similar problems with the fit and actuator. You've inspired me to make the necessary mods!

Amazing job bringing new life and security to an otherwise neglected MTL paddy. That has to be the more fiddly lock construction to assemble/disassemble around. I can't see a good reason for designing a lock core to be in two pieces like that separating the bible from the core housing.
