We are going to move to the BEAT today. Pay attention as some exercises will vary in their tempo which can effect muscle fatigue. We move pretty quickly from one exercise to the next so listen, and if needed hit pause to stay on track. Grab some heavier weights, a mat and lets fire up those muscles...BTW- your heart rate will stay elevated through the workout so you you also get the benefits of cardio.
