Short on time, give this intense 20 minute advanced HIIT bodyweight workout. This is the 3rd workout of the 4th week of the 8 week shred that will burn calories while being extremely low impact. No equipment is required for this home workout.
This workout is perfect for people on the go, short on time, who want to get a fun, fat melting workout in. This workout can be done with the entire family; kids, grandparents, pets whoever; my 2 year old jumped in for a few of the exercises.
During this 8 week program there will be days that you will be sore; this is a great workout for those days and can be substituted on days that you are needing a break while needing an intense workout.
Take breaks as required as no rests are built into this workout. A suggestion would be 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise as oppose to the full 30 seconds. Also if you would like to make this workout more challenging grab dumbbells and incorporate them into the workout.
