Short on time, this 20 minute full body dumbell HIIT workout will build muscle and burn fat. All you need is a set of dumbbell, and a mat (optional). This workout is short effective and can be done with anyone, anywhere. During this workout you will target every muscle group, while doing intense cardio, and some explosive movements. This workout is very low impact and can be done by people of all ages and abilities.
This is the last workout of week 4 of the 8 week challenge - you're half way there. During this time using these workouts and being in a slight calorie deficit I was able to lose 20 lbs of fat, and gain some muscle; give it a try and let us know if it works for you.
This workout, and the others on our channel are great for families with busy lives, kids running around etc when you don't have time to plan workouts and just want to put something on and go. These workouts remove the thinking / planning portion and just let you get to it.
