As a lifelong swimmers I found these tips great for a senior. It is important for me to regain strength and stamina rather than develop clinical technique and perfection. Mimicing these help me to remain a competitive triathlete as i start another season. Thank you so much coach....

As a former linebacker, I trained for football all my life, I was looking for this for swimming. Imma incorporate all of these exercises in my routine.

Training to mimic a movement is important Don’t like wide wide grips for chins or lat pull downs Especially bad are the behind the neck presses To much external rotation of the shoulder capsule Coach Stone

Does Tenerife Top Training centre have any swim benches like the Vasa swimming ergometers or Trainer Pro? It seems those would be great additions to the training area to compliment all the other equipment.

First exercise is amazing to improve breaststroke...but I think that weights should go down to the floor...

@@redburban1394 It's called Lat Pull Over, but he's doing it poorly and it isn't a shoulder and 'breast' exercise. It's for lats, which is why it's called 'lat pull over'.
