@@robottt204 my knee only took 2 to 3 weeks of recovery but the swollen part only took 3 days and the painful to walk part took about a week for me to walk steady and the doctor didnt give me the green light to play ball after 1 month of resting.

I have not had any sort of replacements. My knees are just very weak. It's hard for me to even stand for long periods of time. All of the tendons in my legs are very tight. I hope these exercises work for me. Thank you for the advice.

Hope it helps man. I've done gentle standing or even laying bicycle rotations both ways to feel out and work my knee, though you've got a lot of injury to care for. Some gentle massaging may also help. I knee-dropped cement pushing a snow blower up hill lol I took it well but hopefully you get more good pops than bad ones in the future dude. There's other videos for testing what muscles are injured and things like ACL exercises but I figure you've looked up more videos in the last month than I have.

Thank u So so much 4 sharing these 5 exercises!!! I currently hv pain on my left knee. Do u think the pain will gradually go away If I do these 5 exercises? After we got me a stair lifter 2 prevent my left hip from getting worse; my left knee began freezing up & became very painful all around it :( I now am trying 2 begin using it 2 ONLY climb stairs; in the hope that, that will awaken the muscles I stopped using as a result of getting a step lifter. We live in a row house with 13 steps that of which has caused me 2 go up & down a lot for15 yrs. During most of my set backs, pain has always gone away with exercise but so far, it hasnt worked 4 my knee as of yet.
