After eating this loaf, I love wheat germ so much now💛🧡
This bread has few ingredients, no egg, low on sugar and oil, and also incorporates superfood "wheat germ".
It's healthy and so flavourful, nutty and slightly sweet. I can have it everyday.
Recommended for those who are allergic to eggs or looking for a healthy bread recipe.

Recipe (make 2 loaf)
Toast mold size: 38 x 4.8 x 4.5 inch
526 g high-gluten flour
40 g wheat germ
10 g sea salt
6 g instant yeast
280 g ice water
120 g milk
48 g light brown sugar
26 g unsalted butter
40 g starter (use Greek yogurt if you want to bake it on the same day)
Before the bake: 3 butter strips / per loaf
Starter:
100 g all purpose flour
0.5 g instant dry yeast
68 g water
2.5 g salt
a pinch of malt powder (optional)
