Namaskaram Akka 🙏 The things you had mentioned initially in this video(Like preparation of Ghee and A2 Protein Milk/Ghee from the Desi Cow) is already available on Various KZitem Channels from last 5-6 years 🙏 Other thing is your Communication Skills are very good but the speed in which you are Compiling everything in this video is very Fast 🙏 Just imagine if you are giving instructions with the same speed(as in this video)in your Hatha Yoga Class, then how many participants will remember all the instructions ? 🙏 So you could reduce the pace 🙏 Last - While Ending a particular Video, you could make a digital chart and enlist all the things which you had already said in that Video 🙏, like a brisk revision, this will help Viewer to remember the things🙏

I appreciate this presentation. I do however have to concur with the above observations. The delivery was a bit too fast. There is enough of 'fastness' and agitation in the world today. Also, I think the fast graphics are also jarring and distracting. Feels like information overload. And I dont think the aforementioned observation its a matter of preference fast vs slow. The trend nowadays, is to call bad habits as preferences. Having said all that, please keep traditional medical and nutritional information coming, the world needs it before it is all lost. Thank you.

You are presented with very outdated knowledge about the human body and wellbeing. While some of the knowledge is still valid, not everything is. @@JaiBheem.. To be honest, back home in my country, they would say this and that works whereas it doesn’t work for everyone. However, we all go along with it even it doesn’t work because it’s been used for so long by people. For instance, we have a tooth ache from tooth decay, however, we soak cotton ball in rum and put on to the teeth but does it work, no. Only when I had more knowledge, I realized that there are tons of sugar in rum so of course it would make the tooth ache worse. That’s just one example. We used to use ghee for cooking but because of the saturated fat, it is unhealthy. That’s only one fact about ghee. I don’t need to say more.

@@roja7426 yes, it doesn't works for everyone bcoz everyone isn't the same. And yes, as in ur case not one solution applies for everything. Solution differs from the rootcause, severity, etc. just bcoz a problem looks same the other, it need not be the same. Another point, never club 2 or more sciences together. If u want to go by allopathic, just go for it. If u wanna go by natural therapies or any herbal one go for it. But never choose one and peep into the other to get numbers checked. It's not gonna work. The evaluation of results might differ in different sciences. P.s. As well as ayurveda is concerned, ayurveda is not just abt taking some plant and kitchen based medicines. Ayurveda is much more than that. Ayurveda is medicine, food, lifestyle, divinity, spirituality. It only works well if u follow ur vaidya's advices accordingly. And it's very hard to find a right vaidhya who has enuf time to rectify the rootcause of our disease.

Ghee is considered satvik, promoting life, nourishing cells and sense organs, aiding digestion with its lightness, increasing appetite, and facilitating easy digestion. On the other hand, meat is entirely opposite, being tamasic and heavy to digest, which can lead to obesity. Similarly, just as fish and milk are incompatible and their combination can lead to skin diseases, the same principle applies to the combination of fish and ghee.

Most of the words you pronounce are pretty good, for some I had to rewind a few times, try to pronounce a little bit slowly and clearly with wide open lips. All in all very good. I will try some of your tips. There is a cardio doctor on YT, he does zero oil cooking, no oils or ghee, nuts, or anything that has oils, his focus is on cutting out triglycerides. There is another medical doctor, he recommends ghee, several spoons he adds in his coffee in the morning.
