You can smash the full 4 Week FREE Workout Plan and this full body dumbbell workout from home or the gym with nothing but 20 minutes of your time and a few dumbbells and your bodyweight needed
This is week 1 so we will be breaking you in nice and easy. Getting you familiar with the moves and not pushing too high a pace just yet
-----------The workout structure----------
We are going to kick off the workout with some total body Conditioning Tabata style training using the dumbbells and our bodyweight
Working up a sweat, burning some calories and fat and getting the body moving. Before moving onto some resistance work with the dumbbells to sculpt those muscles
Total Body Conditioning - 25 secs work - 10 secs rest
Squat Press x 4
Side Shuffle taps x 4
Wood chops x 4

Resistance Work - 25 secs work - 10 secs rest
In our resistance part of the workout we will be hitting an upper body exercise , a lower body exercises and then a core exercises to target each area of the body
Upper body - Push ups x 4
Lower body - Split Squats x 4
Abs & core - Alternate crunches x 4
There it is is, week 1 workout 1 ready to rock.
As the weeks progress we will look to increase the intensity
But for now , it's time to grab those dumbbells and let's smash this
