*yes my legs were starting to shake and the arm work was pretty intense as well! i could feel so many muscles working! my favorite section was the cardio HIIT and the triceps! i’ve burned over 500 calories!*

I gotta try this! I did barreamped for six years and this is the best barre workout on youtube that I can find that is anywhere near close to that method.

You guys don't tell us the answer you just waste our time was telling us what not he will not give us the answers unless you pay him pay him for it like any other things out there like like 7:11 done by mere.. you guys will not tell us what to do she says here's a superfoods you eat with other foods so you look like amazing as mere... So is this so annoying to see these if you bought the answer they're going to tell you what to do and customize it specifically to your cuz. Everyone is different.. however yeah it's like I'm not going to give you the answer until you pay me and then I'll give you the answer
