In this 40 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Superset & Complex Sets | Strength & Endurance Build-Up, we'll start with 6 supersets, performed for 2 rounds. Each movement is done for 40 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between exercises, and 20 seconds of rest after each round/superset. After 22 minutes, we'll switch to complex sets. We'll complete 5 complex sets, each consisting of 3 exercises, performed for a set number of repetitions and repeated for 3 minutes. After each complex set, there will be a 30-second rest. The final complex set will focus on the abdominals.

These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
