I’m in recovery from an eating disorder which took every bit of flesh that was available just to keep me alive. Unfortunately I'll sound repetitive and say everything it's on the comments previous to mine: I discovered your routines during our quarantine in Madrid, and they're unlike most of other trainers: awesome content AND technical quality, there's no need to be looking at the screen as your guidance is smooth and assertive. The pace is perfect, the complementarity of the exercises...super full class, to be complemented by some stretching depending on one's schedule! Thanks A LOT for bringing your classes all around the globe into our houses :)

This is the first longer online pilates class that doesn't make me want to check how much time has passed since the beginning - because it is so enjoyable! I started with the 20 minutes morning pilates 2 months ago and this 40-minute class is the perfect next step. I feel exerted and sweaty and thoroughly satisfied with my effort, and even if I can't yet do all the level 2-4 challenges, I intend to keep going until I can. Thanks so much, Nicole, your workouts are wonderful.

Great class! Love that you chose to do a voiceover instead of talking through the exercises which in a lot of videos puts the counting way off. I barely had to look at the screen and this was my first time doing this workout! Love the intermediate to difficult movements with great stretching throughout. Got a good sweat going!

Thank-you! I did classical Pilates workouts long ago, but lately have been doing HIIT and weight training. A knee injury made me appreciate the low impact Pilates approach. Well done!👍😀

I've been a follower of Move with Nicole for 2 years now. There are times that I would stop due to my mental health. I tried some Pilates classes but I still go back to Move with Nicole. I always see results with her workouts

As a cyclist, your videos have helped so much with imbalances from repetitive use. (hip flexor work, gluteus medius, etc.) Also really appreciate the variety of your exercises and the tips to make them more effective.

I usually do your 20 or 30 minute videos. Today I tried this one and when you said "ouch", I thought wow she knows exactly the pain im feeling and at the perfect time too!! The side series was intense!!

I love your channel! You have the best videos. I love how you simply guide the class through the exercises and don’t add extra commentary, so we can focus on what we’re doing and not get stressed out having to also listen to excess info.

My habits with exercise have always been as “discipline” or “punishment” for what I eat having the main goal to burn as many calories as possible. Nicole.. This was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! This was perfect for my Sunday relaxed workout phase. You my dear I am in love with! Thank you for that fabulous class. It went by so fast too. Thank you for posting another video. Your faithful followers appreciate and love it! XXXXX On another note.... Question, being in my forties now I feel like no matter what I do I can not get my flexibility back. Women to women, I almost feel like it is part do to being celibate. Honestly. Like cause I am not using some of those hidden muscles my good flexibility and great lengths have left me. Can you assist me in recommending anything to help with this?
