Uh ich hab die Kombi aus Strength & Cardio geliebt!!! Die Abwechslung hat total Spaß gemacht und es ging auch mit 1x5kg und 1x10kg Dumbells für mich super statt der Kettlebell 💪🏼 Loved it!

My PAI went 10 to 76, I spent 625 kcal with THIS single workout. This workout is no joke. I'm proud that I stick to the end. I couldn't finish 100%. But so glad that I did. I think this is my favorite workout of yours! So fun and creative! Today I kept my kettlebells light (15 and 20 lbs or 7 and 9 kgs) but next time I will challenge myself with a heavier kb! KB with Kaykay is the best!

Gerade frisch in Schweiß gebadet und völlig begeisterter von diesem geilen Workout. Mega geile Übungskombis wo auch das Köpfchen fördern und schwupp, war es schon wieder vorbei. Hat mega Spaß gemacht 💦💦💪🏻💪🏻🥳🥳 Mir den Gewichten bin ich noch bissl vorsichtig (6/8 Kilo) , da es etwas Neuland ist.ging damit recht easy. Lieber erst mal weniger, als zu viel und Verletzungen. Apropos, hab mir fast noch den Finger gestaucht…das Kettlebell ist mit nach vorne umgekippt bei der Stütze 😅😅😅 Aber einmal passiert und man weiß es für die Zukunft dass man aufpassen muss 🤣🙈 Have a nice day 💚

Richtige Einstellung - lieber erst mit weniger starten und dafür sauber bleiben und durchhalten als zu hoch zu pokern. 🔥💪🏼 Hoffe deinem Finger geht’s gut. Wow... Is necesary to keep the rhythm steady, otherwise it is almost impossible to maintain the routines, even though I consume enough water with clean protein on each exercice but the weight that I used is 16kg. I need train another personal field like "the discipline" 🙃 Your Videos are other level! To be honest, I feel that in my experiencie It is not the same because I consume a lot water jejeje... and If I do not practice constantly I dont have posiblitiy to mantein the step, I guess that I am not the only one. Congratulation! love it! .
