That's right! We're training to get good at the activities we love, the things we need our bodies to be able to do, AND to be CAPABLE & STRONG until the day we leave this earth!
Therefore, we don't really follow strict form requirements. "Thats dangerous!"
Well, we actually see it being more dangerous to not be prepared for REAL LIFE case scenarios. Otherwise, you'll be pulling your low back bending down for a child's toy or hurt your shoulder reaching into the back seat of the car!
Functional training makes our clients GREAT movers, which means less pain, less injury, and more consistency!
