Just a quick update on the Toyota 22RE - Changed from the Denso W20EXR spark plugs to the factory spec Denso W16EXR-U plugs and also adjusted the factory AFM (air flow meter) to 2-clicks more rich. WOW! The truck is a rocket ship now. Runs great, idles super smooth and has a ton of power from 3000 to 6000 RPM's. The Toyota factory ECU still goes a bit leaner than I'd like to see under WOT, but everywhere else it seems to be keeping the air/fuel ratio pretty decent (between .80 and .95 for the most part). The factory heat level plugs definitely seem to make a big difference over running the colder Denso W20EXR plugs.
