At first I thought I cant do this as the weight is 12.5 and my limit was 10kg only but today I was surprised that I finished all the session with 12 rather than 10 (except windmill) and proved that I am becoming more fitter with your sessions week by week thank you Kath for your wonderful sessions and your intro talk makes us close to you and motivate us really lucky to find you dear....Lots of hugs dear Kath, Way to go girl....😇🤩

It was really tough, I don’t know why, the 40 sec or the dumbell but it was really challenging. You use 12,5 kg😮😮😮 oh my God, Kaykay you are super strong

I must say... the WIND MILL was challenging for me with the 25 pound dumbells, i dropped down to 15 pounds and still got full benefit without compromising my form. I totally loved the exercise line up...powerful, challenging and STRONG. thanks kaykay.❤❤❤

what a sweaty mess I am! Loved the finisher, got 15 sprawls, 12 lay down knee drives (laid all the way down and pushed up) and 100 high knees...those high knees, the last 10, I wanted to fall over... LOL..thank you Kay!

Find es super, dass sich die Übungen mit Gewichten mit den Übungen ohne Gewichten abwechseln 😊 hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und wird sicher noch mal wiederholt ❤
