Whenever I’m feeling depressed, stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, I get on my mat, start moving my body, find that glorious mind-body connection…and let the rest of the world slowly fade away. During troubled times it’s so important to have these little “escapes” to rely on. Yes, it’s only temporary…but the bad times are temporary too, so if you’re currently in a storm, keep going because better times are ahead.
