This is the workout that I felt the next day after we did it. It was a good sore though. Love using the stability ball for abs. Adds that extra challenge. Love this one!

that was a great workout but very, very hard. I'm afraid I did more rolling than rocking! not sure how much benefit I got but I did sweat lots! You were halfway through the exercise and I was still trying to get on the ball....lol. Lots of rewind. I don't see many stability ball workouts on KZitem so this was nice to see.

I don't track my calorie burn/intake. This would be on the lines of a strength training workout for tracking. Hope that was helpful.👍

I want to try the 14 day cleanse. Can I still do my daily cleansing/detox enemas when I am on the cleanse?

I'm a little unsure of doing daily enemas. I would only use when needed. It is suggest that during a cleanse to do one to two. Too much of one thing isn't good for out bodies.
