Hey Midas Love this one! The last great playlist you need to make is a full 1 hour "build muscle" PPL plan! I would love to see, usually try to keep my training 1 hour so I would follow along!

Hey to a fellow Albertan! Love the home gym setup - mine is pretty similar. Where did you get the tall mirrors? They brighten up the space and make it look bigger! Congrats on your channel and success!

Thank you! It's always nice to e-meet other Canadians let alone Albertans. The mirrors are from IKEA. I forget what they're called but they're hard to miss there.

Hi brother. Appreciate for your hard work and videos . Just one question, Why you use white line frame in your videos ? Video look so good in full screen without white line frame . It’s your videos your decision I just asking as a friend and I watch your videos and feel the white line border make video frame so smaal on the screen . Suggestions are always welcome so I appreciate yours :) I'm not sure what you mean by the 'white line' but I'm assuming you mean the borders used around the 'UP NEXT' screen. I do that to clearly differentiate the WORKING SETS from the REST PERIODS. That way viewers can still see me in the background during rest times.

Depending on your body weight and lifestyle you should do as you may, But remember to always take a good rest day, In the End it's always about consistency and a good diet brother, Don't look at others to evaluate yourself, but look at your past self to evaluate your current self 🙏
