🌟Join me for a transformative 45-minute Pilates x Strength Training Upper Body Workout designed to help you burn fat, build muscle strength and achieve tone and definition! This workout is Day 1 of my Pilates x Strength 2-Week Summer Sculpt Challenge.
The first half of the session focuses on mat Pilates without weights, emphasizing core stability, flexibility and muscle endurance. The second half ramps up the intensity with strength training exercises using dumbbells. I'm using 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb sets, but feel free to choose weights that challenge you while allowing you to maintain proper form.
