47 Minute Low Impact Cardio and Barre Workout. This is such a great mix of cardio and intense barre exercises. I often do these fusion workouts using supersets, so that you get to come back to the barre exercise a few times and really get the hang of it. I make the cardio no repeat though, so the whole workout flies by quickly!
