Boat canopy damage, definitely a boat fail! As we continue our journey on the Grand Union canal we are all set to enter Braunston Tunnel. Located on the Grand Union Canal.
Having already ticked Blisworth Tunnel off the list we weren't too worried about this journey. Little did we know, that the tunnel has lots of hidden kinks in it and when faced with an oncoming boat it becomes a very tight space indeed to navigate in the dark! And yes, we unfortunately become victims of Braunston Tunnel as our boat smacks and scraps along the inside wall and rips our brand new canopy skirt.
Liz also makes an autumnal wreath from foraged materials, Paul tries blaming a 2mph wind on another little mishap and Ernie is just his usual lovely self.
We hope you have enjoyed this week's vlog and continue to join us on our Narrowboat adventures. Next week we travel onto a different canal and finally remember to use our microphones!
