This is an amateur who troubleshooted his own 4e code error:
This is samsung's official web response to the error code 4e

I tried removing the inlets to both cold/hot water and cleaning the filters. This did not fix my problem.
I own a Samsung WA45H7000AW top load washer circa 2014.
My problem is as follows:
1) Turn on the washer.. it loads water... (you can see alot of water coming in). After a few minutes it stops adding water.., and then a error code 4e occurs.
2) I noticed, that water was accumulating at the bottom of my washer. I have a water tray so it wasn't just dumping to the floor.
3) I repeated trying to wash my clothes and it always failed to wash after a few minutes... it was followed by it draining most of the water.
Reading some online forums, people mentioned the tube that goes from the Water Level Pressure Switch could get loose or get kinked.
If you own a washer like me,.. the easiest thing to check would be removing the back panel with the power cord removed.
a) remove the back panel to see the drum unit.
This video shows the back of the top load washer without the back panel:
• How To: Samsung Water ...
b) If you follow a clear tube from the top to the middle of the drum, this will probably be the Water Level Pressure Switch tube.
c) In my case,.. the tube had fallen off (I have a washer vibration problem).
* Clean off the both ends.. the tube end as well as the end at the tube
* Re-attach the clear plastic tube and put on the metal clamp
Hopefully, you had the same issue as mine,.. where the tube just fell out.
Good luck. I'm just a regular joe. My wife and I were already looking for a new washer, but my brother THANKS RICHARD helped me to take apart the washer to find a fix for it. Saved me a few hundred dollars.. for now.
