I'm 23 and I feel I had an anxiety attack yesterday for the first time in my life. I just don't know why it happened but it was a very weird feeling. It was during a phone call.,my heart rate went up high, there was shortness of breath and I was worrying without a reason. Usually, I'm a confident person and used to have a decent social life. Maybe it was due to the bubble life I'm in. For the past 5 months, I had very few social interactions and I've never been in such a position ever in my life. Thanks for the video. I'll try a few meditation techniques and start working out. Cheers.
