This is wonderful. I feel like you are responding to my concern about quadriceps imbalance. ( I asked if we should do the RDL, but I suppose it isn't ideal for most over 50s?) I'm so happy you did the circles in both directions. Number 3 reminds me of a ballet move called temps de fleche. You shoot your leg through like an arrow. It's not common in performances, but I always liked it. Number 2 is reminiscent of Fred Astaire. That guy was SO strong.

Great advice, as usual! I love exercises that don't require any weights. I've done some of these before and wow, it really activates the glutes. Now I just have to be persistent and DO them every day 😊

You are the best. I just found your videos and you have so many. So how do I decide which exercises should I (over 50) be doing. I am not used to be doing any exercise (in my whole life) I want to do exercises that make me stable and I have weight (fat) around my middle of the body which I would like to reduce and I have lower back pain. I have started doing your strong legs in just ten days and that has really helped me with my leg pain.

Thanks for demonstrating these exercises. I use the stairmaster 3x week for 1 hour (ie the machine with the actual stairs- not the pump-up & down one). Does this do anything for my glutes? I don’t really feel much glute tension , but it produces a major cardio burn. Great channel!

Hi, thanks for these exercises. I look forward to doing in due cause. I have had a tear in my gluteus max' repaired 5 wks ago, & now know, the importance of strong glutes. Do these exercises work the piriformis muscle group also, please? I have a fused lower disc & all exercises aggravate it. I have been told my piriformis muscle group are too weak to support my back & this is one reason exercises aggravate it so much. I am 62 lady. Thanks for your helpful video, Will, we appreciate it.

I think your question is too general as there are so many possible surgical procedures. I guess he wouldn't want to advise something potentially dangerous. But of course, your health is private so you may not want to be specific. Maybe he will address some surgery related questions though.
