Everybody knows Marykate and Ashley Olsen are some of the most famous twins in Hollywood. The pair shared their fame for a long time, but some celebs have a twin who doesn’t have the spotlight on them. Let’s take a look at five celebrities who have a not-so-famous twin.
First up on our list is Scarlett Johansson. Johansson and her twin brother Hunter were born in New York city in 1984. Scarlett is just three minutes older than her brother. Scarlett has been seen quite a few times in public with her twin brother. Most notably when Scarlett brought Hunter along as her date to the Golden Globes in 2005. The two also appeared alongside each other in the 1996 film Manny & Lo.
Next up we have popstar Aaron Carter. Aaron is technically the younger brother to his twin Angel, because he was born two minutes after her. The pair was born on December 7, 1987 in Tampa, Florida. The twins could be seen together on their 2006 reality show House of Carters. Angel told reporters quote, "There’s definitely like a twin connection. It’s not like you love them more or anything. It’s just that you connect with them more, you know?" These days Angel is working as a model.
You may recognize this next star as a former Victoria's Secret Angel or possibly as the wife of 4 time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady. But did you know that Gisele Bundchen has a twin sister? Gisele and her twin sister Patricia were born July 20th, 1980 in southern Brazil. Both Patricia and Gisele went into modeling, but Patricia eventually stopped and became both the spokesperson and manager of Gisele.
Wait a second...am I going crazy or am I seeing two Napoleon Dynamites on screen. No your eyes haven’t deceived you, because Jon Heder does in fact have an identical twin brother. Jon and his brother Dan were born on October 26th, 1977 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Jon isn’t the only one in his family who works in show business. Dan has been featured as an actor in a few short films, but is more notably known for his visual work on the movie “The Edge of Tomorrow.” While the two were young they reportedly really enjoyed messing with other people by pretending to be one another.
And finally on our list we have Ashton Kutcher. Ashton, who’s real name is Christopher, and his twin brother Michael were born in Cedar Rapids Iowa on February 7, 1978. As teenager Michael developed cerebral palsy which required him to get a heart transplant. Now Michael serves as a spokesperson for Reaching for the Stars, an organization for children with Cerebral Palsy. As for Ashton, apparently twins run in his family, because he and Mila Kunis announced in June of 2016 that the couple is expecting twins.
