Making it a lifestyle instead of "just this diet I'm doing to try and lose weight." When I shifted my mindset it helped me stay consistent and have more grace when I needed a rest day. An elimination diet is when you remove the most common allergens, inflammatory foods from your diet for 30 days and then reintroduce them back into your diet slowly to see what foods/if any cause symptoms like: gas, bloating, breakouts, inflammation, acne, headaches, cramps, pain, etc. My favorite/easiest elimination diet I've done is inside the book The Paleo Cure by Chris Kresser You can find it Here: rstyle.me/+xdGhvFEA9hCycYnaZqkd8g Its also the elimination diet I teach inside my program Nourish360 where I guide groups of women through the elimination diet and we work on our mindset and how we feel about food/our relationship with food. @@renataferreira8829 There are lots of ways of doing progressive overload! I do have adjustable weights that go up to 52.5lbs each and have my smaller weights as well. But so far the weights I have at home have been enough for me! But you can change your tempo, do more reps, etc. That's one of the reasons I love training with Sydney so much is that she teaches at home workouts and shows you how to do progressive overload in lots of different ways based on the equipment you have at home!!

I have not tried Beachbody. I took food and nutrition/sports nutrition in college and I train with Sydney Cummings-Houdyshell on KZitem and I LOVE it!! But I think it's best for everyone to find something that works best for them!! We are all so different and need different things! If you feel supported and are loving Beachbody AMAZING!!!
