I thought I might be able to get away with training for the Miami Half Marathon in 4 weeks, but my body had other plans!
I'll be taking this time to rest my calf, swim, (maybe) bike, upper body strength train, and slowly strengthen my calf, knee, and legs overall to be strong for running again...which hopefully, isn't too far away 💪🏽🏃🏽♂️
